Mark Peskin
Chief Financial OfficerMark Peskin is Chief Financial Officer of Sterling Equities. Prior to joining Sterling in 2003, Mr. Peskin served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Art Capital Group and was Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Schroder Real Estate Associates. His background also includes ten years as a Senior Audit Manager and Director of Personnel for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Peskin, a Certified Public Accountant, received a Masters of Business Administration in Corporate Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York.

Gregory P. Nero
General CounselGregory P. Nero is General Counsel of Sterling Equities and Sterling American Funds. Since joining Sterling in 2002, Mr. Nero has developed extensive experience in the acquisition, financing and disposition of real estate; private equity investments; commercial leasing; partnerships and joint venture transactions; and multi-investor fund formations and investments. He joined Sterling from Kirkland & Ellis, where he specialized in real estate, corporate and private equity transactions. Mr. Nero received a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University.

Richard Browne
Partner, Sterling Project DevelopmentRichard T. Browne is the Managing Partner of Sterling Project Development Group, which he helped establish. Previously, he served as Owners Representative to Queens Ballpark Company LLC, which spearheaded the development and construction of Citi Field. Prior to joining Sterling Equities in 2005, Mr. Browne was the Owner and President of Construction Solutions, where he was involved in the coordination and supervision of over $1 billion worth of projects. He was also the managing general partner of 40 Rector Street, a 500,000 square foot commercial office building located in Downtown Manhattan. Mr. Browne received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
