Renewing the Proud Tradition of Brooklyn Baseball

Sterling Equities was an owner and operator of The Brooklyn Cyclones, a minor league (development) baseball club and a Class A affiliate of the New York Mets. Fred Wilpon and Saul Katz formed the team in the summer of 2001 to bring professional baseball back to their home town of Brooklyn after a forty-four year hiatus.
