383 Madison

Completed development of 383 Madison Avenue, a 1.2 million square-foot office building near Grand Central Station.

SportsNet New York

Established SportsNet New York (SNY), a regional sports television network, in partnership with leading cable television providers Time Warner and Comcast.

Citi Field

Financed, developed, and built Citi Field.

Sterling Project Development

Formed Sterling Project Development as a trusted project management and advisory consultant to real estate developers and investors.

Sterling Realty Finance

Created Sterling Realty Finance as a premier provider of mortgage, mezzanine, and preferred equity capital to commercial real estate owners, investors, and developers.

Mets Sale

Sold majority interest in the New York Mets at a record price for a MLB team.

Investing in the Sunbelt

Sterling Equities expanded its own Sunbelt portfolio, with the purchase of eight Class A multifamily assets.

Eden Multifamily

Purchased an interest in Eden Multifamily development platform, focusing on residential real estate development in the Southeast United States.

Fedex

Delivered 290,000-square-foot industrial built-to-suit distribution center for FedEx in Linden, New Jersey.

Willets Point

Broke ground on first phase of the Willets Point development, a joint venture between Sterling Equities and the Related Companies, that includes 1,100 permanently affordable housing units. Final build-out will total more than 2,500 permanently affordable housing units, 250-key hotel, and a new soccer stadium for New York City FC.
